Finely detailed antique Edwardian lavalier crafted in 18 karat yellow gold (circa 1910s).?

Oval faceted peridot measures 6mm x 4mm and 5mm x 4mm. Seed pearls range in size from 1mm to 2.5mm. The pearls are in-tact and in good condition.
